The Kitchen Unit also known as “Clubhouse Cafe” provides lunch every day, to the entire Clubhouse membership and staff. Members and staff teach each other culinary skills, including food safety and sanitation, menu design, and other culinary skills.

All meals are subsidized with the entree $1.00 and sides .25 each. Every Thursday lunch is $1.00.
